Over the past six months, MARFOFFICE have been thinking over the many facets of what constitutes this, be it professional or personal endeavours, and also how to enhance this most nebulous of concepts. And here are our findings: in the workplace, the benefits of laughter and music include boosted immunity, lowered stress and the release of endorphins.
