The first edition of Farta focuses on francesinha, the greatest gastronomic bastion of the city of Porto. The demigoddess of the Invicta was the pretext to unite a constellation of diners eager for knowledge to discuss the magic of the francesinha and the rituals that surround it.
With the special collaboration of Álvaro Martino, BePolar Design Studio, Cursed Francesinhas, Diana Barnabé, Filipe Soares, Inês Matos Andrade, João Rodrigues, Min, Pedro Lopes, Pedro Tavares, Teresa Castro Viana, Tiago Lessa, and Vasco Coelho Santos.
