Tester Housing is a duo made up of Melbourne-based Bill Tolson, who runs <Rampant Releases>, and Ken Olver. A compilation of their only remaining two singles, which were active for a short period in St. Kilda, Australia, which was apparently filled with artists from various fields in the early 80's. Loose, gentle synth pop with the themes of "love," "relief," and "acceptance." ◎ This is a piece of music that makes you feel like you're walking home from the park in the evening.
